The atmosphere
Arboré gets its name from the lemon and orange trees in the heart of the hotel, under a skylight. The architect and interior designer Marie-Paule Clout (Noir Nuance Agency), who already renovated the Royal Madeleine in 2018, has completely rethought the restaurant design as a green break in the middle of Paris. Between romantism and “chic country house” spirit, she offers a delightful path between the different areas of Arboré, with sweetness as guiding principle.
