Modern and relaxed, the Arboré menu introduces the “plates to share” style. At the bar counter and on the tables in Passage Puteaux, you can discover Ashwin Marius Le Prince’s cuisine through his mischievous creations. In the dining room, Arboré retains the charm of the starter – main course – dessert ritual. The starters are the perfect expression of the chef’s cuisine, inspired by the classics and boldly revisiting them. The main courses are resolutely gourmet and comforting, but also invite us to travel the world of flavors, from the Levant to Japan, via the US and Italy. Finally, the desserts oscillate between freshness and sweetness.
