Contemporary and casual, the Arboré menu induces the “small dishes to share” style to begin with. Thus, at the bar counter and on the tables along the Passage Puteaux, one can discover Pauline Séné’s cuisine through cheeky creations. Indoors, Arboré saves the charm of the starter – main course – dessert ritual. Starters perfectly express the chef’s cuisine, who takes inspiration from the classics and reinteprets them boldly. Main courses definitely play a gourmet and comfort part as well as taking us on a culinary journey, from the Middle East to Japan, passing by America or Italy. To finish with, desserts alternate between freshness and sweetness.
